Freddy Fin’s Club Storm Drain

152 WEST Productions partnered with the City of Merced to help spread the word of the problem of storm drain pollution and how to prevent it.  We brought Environmental Control Officer Jeremy Geiger’s character Freddy Fin to life through animation to effectively relay this vital message in an engaging manner.
